There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
General Policies
Thank You for supporting The Kalamazoo (MI) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Although we make every effort to accommodate patrons, please note the following which we must adhere to as venue policies: Patrons sitting in the balcony must be able to use the stairs. Tickets are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse access for any reason and to request photo ID. The Kalamazoo (MI) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Kalamazoo (MI) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
